ACADEMIC STAFF EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENT LIST
WELCOME to GEN Educational Institutions;
To carry out your employment procedures; We kindly ask you to submit the documents listed below to the school administration by Friday, August 25, 2023.
one- Secondary education field teaching non-thesis master's degree or formation program achievement certificate or a copy approved by the institution (Candidates who graduated from the faculty of education are not included.)
2- For candidates who have worked as educational personnel in public or private educational institutions, a document showing their last resignation from their place of duty (resignation confirmation)
3- Work permit approval from candidates who have worked as educational personnel in public or private educational institutions
4- Except for candidates who will work for the first time, a service certificate obtained from the directorate of national education showing the duties they have previously performed in the service class.
5- A written statement stating that the person has not been convicted of the crimes listed in subparagraph (b) of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Private Educational Institutions Regulation.
6-4 passport size photographs (taken within the last 6 months)
7-Photocopy of identity card
8- Photocopy of diploma
9-Residence Certificate (You can obtain it via turkiye.gov.tr with your e-government password.)
10-Criminal Record Record must be selected and submitted (at the request of a private institution when choosing from e-government).
11th-Certificated Population Registration Sample
12-Health report
13-Photocopy of Driver's License (If Available)
14-Military discharge or postponement certificate (for male personnel) (You can obtain it via turkiye.gov.tr with your e-government password.)
15- Blood Group Information (Photocopy of Driving License or Blood group card)
16- Employment Application Registration Document for Disabled Candidates
17-Retirement ID Card Photocopy / Allocation Number
18- Bank Account Number (Get information from the accounting department)
19- Your Own CV
