Our education journey started with the exam preparation training center opened in Bakırköy in 1986 by Erol Boy, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of GEN Educational Institutions.

The educational institution named after his elder daughter, Sevinç Boy ErÅŸen; It has managed to become a brand in a short time with its expert educators and managerial staff, the intensive and high-quality training program offered, and the publications prepared by the institution's teachers and showing 100% accuracy in central exams.
The institution, which is among the top 5 most successful private teaching institutions in Turkey, grew and developed rapidly in the 90s and continued to provide exam preparation training to secondary and high school students. It has placed thousands of students in Turkey's most prestigious Anatolian High Schools, private schools and universities, which accept students with the highest scores, for more than 30 years.

Sevinç Boy ErÅŸen and Beren Boy SerpicioÄŸlu, who are Board Members and Deputy General Managers of GEN Educational Institutions, started working at the institution in 2009 and 2013, respectively. Sevinç ErÅŸen and Beren SerpicioÄŸlu have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the field of education in a short time, thanks to all the valuable managers and educators in the staff, especially their father Erol Boy. With the innovative vision and dynamism they offer, the institution has been renewed in line with the needs and requirements of the 21st century; It continued to grow and develop rapidly.

Erol Boy, with the strength of his daughters Sevinç ErÅŸen and Beren SerpicioÄŸlu, started teaching private schools in Istanbul in 2013, drawing strength from the experience he gained, consistent success, dynamism and the professional administrators and educators he worked with for many years.
It has offered college education to kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and high school students on 8 different school campuses. Working with experienced school administrators, education coordinators and teachers in private schooling, an original education program at international standards was created and implemented, and the school offered education through publications prepared in parallel with this program. In a very short time, schools were opened throughout Istanbul and in many provinces of Turkey such as Izmir, Diyarbakır and Samsun, and growth was achieved with solid steps.

In addition to his identity as an educator and entrepreneur, Erol Boy has been actively involved in the Board of Directors of ÖZ-DE-BÄ°R and TÖDER associations for many years and is a member of the PRIVATE SCHOOLS ASSOCIATION with his institutions.
Erol Boy's membership on the Board of Directors of the company to which the educational institution he founded in 1986 is affiliated ended as of July 2019. As of December 2020, Erol Boy, Sevinç ErÅŸen and Beren SerpicioÄŸlu ended their partnership in the company they worked for for more than 30 years and continued to be in the education sector with the brand "GEN Future Generations" by calling themselves education volunteers.
Located within GEN Future Generations Educational Institutions;
- GEN College Bakırköy school, as the first educational institution of this new brand, He started his education life to the fullest in the 2019-2020 academic year.

- In the 2020-2021 academic year, GEN College AtaÅŸehir and GEN Course Center AtaÅŸehir were opened; The first steps of expansion have been taken in the AtaÅŸehir region.

- With Erol Boy being known for his "successful educator identity", GEN College was opened in Diyarbakır Kayapınar in the 2020-2021 academic year.

- In the 2021-2022 academic year, GEN College opened its 4th campus in Ümraniye. This school, opened in the Çamlık neighborhood of Ümraniye, is actually the school campus where Erol Boy has been offering private school education under the Sevinç College brand for 7 years. After a two-year break (2019-2020 and 2020-2021), education continues to be offered proudly and happily on the same campus with the GEN College sign.
